e-mail: aya@farma.ku.dkNew member as associate professor at the Department of Pharmaceutics and Analytical Chemistry, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Copenhagen (Denmark). During my previous research studies, I have gained experience in the characterization of nanostructured fluids, which have excellent potential for forming drug- and food- delivery systems. They are considered as excellent media for the solubilization of various food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical additives. In addition, during my PhD I obtained good knowledge on the formulation of microemulsions for food and pharmaceutical applications and their characterization by various methods. I have good experience in the characterization of confined self-assembled nanostructures (inverted type mesophases of cubic, or hexagonal geometry, and reverse microemulsions) of kinetically stabilized lipid-based emulsified droplets.
