Alexandra O. Prokopenko (Kozlovskaya) is a journalist and researcher currently working in Sweden, University of Örebro. Originally coming from Belarus (one of the former Soviet republics), she had some journalistic background in local media. Some of her works involved reporting from Chernobyl zone in South Belarus. Afterwards, this became the topic of her MA paper. Currently she is writing a blog Atom Watch http://atomwatch.blogspot.com dedicated to nuclear power.
